Withdraw from your purchase

Have you changed your mind about your purchase? That's perfectly fine.
At Nupo, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order – and you don't need to give a reason.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

- Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly
- Goods whose seal has been broken, where the item cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
- Supplements, foods, medicines and medical devices with special storage requirements, in accordance with food and medicines legislation

Nupo predominantly sells products classified as foods and supplements, which is why the right of withdrawal can only be exercised for accessory products such as water bottles and shakers.

How to do it

Fill in the form below with your name, email and order number. As soon as you submit it, you'll receive an email confirming that we have received your request.

We process your request as quickly as possible. For goods covered by the right of withdrawal, we refund the amount paid (excluding shipping) to the same payment method you used at purchase, no later than 14 days after we receive your notification. Return costs are paid by you.

Please note that goods must be returned in their original packaging and with the seal unbroken.
