Can I use Nupo One Meal as a snack?

You can use One Meal whenever it fits into your daily routine, but it’s important to note that One Meal is designed to replace one or two of your daily main meals and provides all the nutrition you need in a main meal for only around 200 kcal.

However, when considering your diet, it is important to keep your daily calorie intake in mind. If you add One Meal as a snack or between-meal option, it will add approximately 200 kcal to your daily calorie intake.

How many meals a day can I replace with Nupo One Meal?

We recommend replacing one of your daily main meals to maintain your weight. Replace two of your daily main meals to lose weight.

Can I use Nupo One Meal together with other Nupo products?

All One Meal products (pancakes, ready-made shakes and bars) can be mixed and matched however you like.

We do not recommend combining Nupo Diet and Nupo One Meal due to the difference in nutritional content, to ensure that you receive all the necessary nutrition when using Nupo Diet.

You can combine all Slim Boost products with all One Meal products.
