It's easy for companies to make promises when things are going well, but the measure of a company is often when there is an issue. My delivery was delayed through NO fault of NUPO, but due to Christmas hols, New Year hols and other local conditions. What is impressive, is that within 24 hours of NUPO learning of my concern, I received a personal email from nupo management (not an AI response) and all was resolved by the next day.
The 'Taster Packs" are amazing. A wide range of delicious, clinically approved, quality meals, shakes and soup and all the invaluable advice you need to kick-start your diet.
