      Quite good - nice consistency.

      Need to add real cinnamon to this, it's a little metallic in tasting. BUT, I do enjoy the soft little 'cubettes' of apple and the oat flakes.

      Excellent alternative

      Was not expecting this to be as good as it was. Impressed. It's not perfect, but I'm suitably impressed. I added salt and pepper and a chopped spring onion and it gave it that fresh feeling. Left me feeling full, too.
