How much Premium Fibre should I take?
- The recommended dosage is one heaped tablespoon (5 grams) per serving - an at least 200 ml of water or other liquid. Stir and wait for it to be dissolved. Does not mix well with carbonated drinks.
Are there any animal products in Premium Fibre?
There are no animal products in Premium Fibre.
What if I take other supplements?
You can take Premium Fibre with any other supplement. However, if you have any concerns please contact you own physician or dietitian.
Is Premium Fibre gluten free?
Yes Premium Fibre is gluten free. It is also free from lactose and dairy.
How much dietary fiber does Premium Fibre contain?
The daily dose (5g powder) provides 4,4g dietary fibre.
Are there in allergens in Premium Fibre?
There are no allergens in Premium Fibre.
