I started using Nupo in mid-2024 and have really grown fond of the products. I’m 43 years old, married, and a mother of three boys, and I’ve been a vegetarian for as long as I can remember.
At the end of 2020, I decided it was time to lose weight, as the scales showed 13.8 stone (87.7 kg). I quickly lost more than 2.3 stone (15 kg) on my own and reached 11.4 stone (72.2 kg), and everything felt good.
Unfortunately, over the past two years, the weight slowly started to creep back on. I tried again and again to lose it—because I knew I could—but it just wouldn’t budge. My weight had increased again by the time I started with Nupo.
One week on a 100% Nupo diet, combined with more movement in my everyday life, made a visible difference very quickly. After that, I now have 2–3 Nupo meals a day and regular food for the rest. I typically have Nupo at work, as it’s quick and convenient.
Within a week, I had lost enough weight for my clothes to fit a little better—and that was even with bread rolls, cake, and sweets included. Nupo helps me keep my calorie intake down, while still allowing room for a bit of indulgence now and then.
I don’t feel hungry after a Nupo meal, even though the portions are small—they’re very filling. Occasionally, I’ll add vegetables alongside a Nupo meal to give it a bit more volume.
The weight needs to come down again—and this time it will. I’m confident of that. Together with Nupo, I believe it will succeed. Weight-loss journey, part two, has officially begun.
