"My name is Zuzana and I have been active in sports all my life. However, I was never slim, and as I got older and exercised less frequently, my weight naturally increased. At the age of 37, when I reached 75 kg at a height of 168 cm, I decided it was time to do something about it.
I came across Nupo by chance and decided to give it a try. I followed the recommended plan strictly and for several weeks drank only Nupo shakes. Afterwards, I gradually replaced the shakes with regular food and reintroduced more physical activity into my daily life.

I managed to lose around 10 kg and have been able to maintain my weight at 63–65 kg ever since. I’ve kept the Nupo shakes as part of my breakfast routine because they’re quick and easy to prepare. My favourite flavours are chocolate and caffe latte, although I enjoy all of them. I also always keep a supply of One Meal bars at home. They’re very tasty and ideal for trips, skiing and similar activities.
Nupo isn’t cheap, and not everything suited my taste, so I recommend trying the products first before ordering for a longer planned programme. If someone is determined to lose weight and has strong willpower, Nupo is a great choice. Of course, regular exercise and sensible eating are still essential after finishing the Nupo diet."
